Please click on the links below to see 18 August 2009 Click HERE to view Elias Park Primary School dining experience. 04 June 2009 During the school holidays, our team from Eighteen Chefs had a baking session with the teachers from Fairfield Methodist School. Before that, there was also a sharing on our staff's story of experience, strength and hope on how he overcame his addiction with drugs. Click HERE to view the pics. 01 June to 28 June 2009 6 students from Junyuan Secondary were sent to our restaurant to have a hands-on experience on how the restaurant operates for 2 weeks during the June school holidays. The first batch of 2 students were sent for this attachment from 01/06/09 to 14/06/09 and the second batch, consisting of 4 students did their attachment from 15/06/09. At the end of the program, they were able to have a basic understanding on how the restaurant operates and had the opportunity to do their bit in serving the customers and learning some of our simple recipes like how to do a brownie. For ONE hour, we shall operate without the use of electrical lights at our dining area. Candle lights will be used to honour this hour to conserve energy. Over 74 countries and territories have pledged their support to VOTE EARTH during Earth Hour 2009, and this number is growing everyday. We are one of them and We would like to invite everyone to join us to support this movement. See you there to be a part of this solution!! Earth Hour-28 Mar 2009 On the actual day, customers who came to dine-in with us were informed of our intention to operate at the dining area without electrical lights. At about 7.30pm, the light switches were turned off individually every 15 minutes. Candle lights were also placed on every table and light sticks were given to the customers to prepare them for much anticipated hour. At exactly 8.30pm the countdown began and the final light switch was turned off. The restaurant was by then filled with customers who want to experience how's it like to be dining with minimal lights. The absence of lights didn't deter the customers from placing their orders and having fun. Overall, it was a great success and everybody stayed until the lights were turned back on at 9.30pm. are $6.40 Nett. You can now choose between Chicken Sausages,
Mushrooms, Baked Beans or Scrambled Eggs as main ingredient.
Price between 3pm - 5.30pm between Mon to Fri (excluding Public
Holidays) is at $5.50 Nett. Events in 2008 ~
