  • It was my very first visit yesterday at your place. Me and my bf were trying to look for a nice place for GOOD food after work. We were walking through the entire East point, looking for what I call GOOD food.

    I was craving for Chinese cuisine, but despite the fact of browsing through all the choices, from Chinese cuisine to Japanese food to even buffet... Sadly, nothing caught our attention nor satisfy my inner cravings.

  • Whenever I eat at home, like eating rice or noodles, I will take 1 or 2 hours to finish. When I come to Eighteen Chefs, I will take like 15 minutes to finish the students' meal. So, Eighteen Chefs is really a wonderful place to eat!

18cafe ( Eastpoint, Simei) has always been THE pitstop for me & my girlfrens to meet & catch up wt each other. Besides the food & the cosy ambience that kept us coming back, we are indeed very comfortable with the staffs there.

Even though occassionally I do see different faces, but 1 thing particular thing that  remain unchanged was the service behaviour adapt by all staffs there. My recent "stopover" was on Wed 04 Mar @6.30pm, moved me to write this email, in particular to compliment your "examplary" service staff FARHAN.  I classified myself as a "monthly"  regular customer, ordering the food is still a "great task" for us. On every visit we still struggles with the order forms. FARHAN was "very alert & efficient" when we asked for help. What impressed me was that when i complimented him on his efficiency , he humbly & casually replied that he did not come over to our table earlier to offer his assistance as he had noticed that my friend & I were engage in conversation & he did not want to interupped us. WOW..Even though his thoughfully act seems "small" but coming of service industry myself, I personally feels & agrees that if we make customer customer feels important, they will  not only keep coming back but also "talk" about the cafe & recommend to others. Words of mouth are very powerful right!

The sincere service delivered by Farhan was clearly "read" thru his body language, even when we were actually seated for almost  10mins talking & totally forget that we have yet to order our food. Quoting his senior staff (did not get his name) comment "good job Farhan!"

To the management of 18cafe, Farhan is indeed 1 of the valuable assets that will keep your cafe going strong & successful. Not forgetting ALL the servcie crews on duty that day (Wed 04 Mar 09) @ Simei Outlet, keep up the good service guys ! Remember , good service that comes from the heart is THE SERVICE that customers looking for.. Serve with a Passion. Kudos to all .

My friends and I have decided to choose to dine in at Eighteen Chefs to celebrate one of our friends' birthday party.
We wanted to eat somewhere that the birthday girl have never tried, and Eighteen Chefs was chosen among others.
Apart from the great food, i really enjoy the dining experience as we did not expect the staffs to be part of the birthday celebration as well.
A round of applause to the staff who was brave enough to get the attention of the rest of customers to join us during the singing of the birthday song.
I am a waitress myself and never have i done such thing during my working years.
Good Job!

I left the store with a happy face and a happy stomach.
So Thank You once again to the staffs who had worked on Monday(130409) evening for giving us a good dining experience.

I have visiting the branch at Fusionopolis and the food was great and the service was beyond expectation. The staff are friendly and customer oriented. One of the staff at the Fusionopolis branch impressed me of his good service and friendliness.

The staff name is Mr. Hamza, I noticed he always wear a smile when serving customer and will intiate chat with customer. He have also shown passion and patience in serving customer. For instance, First time, i have visited the store and unsure about the ordering procedure and Mr. Hamza teach me step by step slowly and after teaching me, he started to chat and showing his friendliness. Hence, I complimented him on the first time of visit. Currently, I have been to the restaurant numerous times and i am continually impressed with his service.

I will applaud for his outstanding service provided and also excellent food! I will continue to patronise the store regularly.

I would like to take this chance to first compliment 18chefs for the delicious and fresh food served to customers. The servings are generous and price is reasonable. In addition, all servers are very friendly, polite as well as service-oriented. Good work!
Next, i would like to bring the attention to this particular worker by the name of Hamza whom is working as a server at the FusionPolis outlet. This worker is particularly patient when serving customers. He understand what customers prefer and always recommend the right food that fits customers likings.
Last but not least, keep up the good work 18chef members.

I would like to commend your staff at the Eastpoint Mall outlet on 4th May 09, on a job well done. I had my dinner there with my friend and we wrote in our order wrongly. I went to clarify the matter with the staff and they were very courteous and obliging in voiding my last bill and patiently clarifying with me my exact order. They did not show any unpleasant reactions throughout the whole event. Please extend my thanks to the staff who were there that night and let them know that their actions certainly made my dinner a very pleasant experience. Oh by the way, food was delicious!
